Cancellation Policy

We Require a Short Phone Consultation Prior to Booking a Full In-Person Service. In-Person Booking and Deposits: • All in-person appointments require a deposit of $50.00 to secure your spot. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Pre-Care & Arrival • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (if safe, confirm with your doctor) before your session. Aftercare & Touch-Ups • Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results. Instructions will be provided after your session. • Touch-ups are recommended for best results. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin concerns, cold-sores (including HSV1/2) before booking. • Clients must be 18+ with a valid ID.
